Martin Gray is the founder and Managing Director of Steel Associates. It was his vision that brought this dedicated team of consultants together to build on his own success and expertise.

Martin is known and well respected within the sector long before he started his own consultancy. With him, he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and unique understanding of transport and infrastructure projects. He has spent many years working client-side, learning everything there is to know about managing large, private and publicly-funded projects.

Among his achievements, he has taken the lead on high-value projects  within High Speed 2, Transport for London Property Partnership, Houses of Parliament and Paddington Station Commercial development.
